In January 2022, DASU ENERGY TECH OIL SERVICE ? operating as DETOS ? was officially established in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. The company was founded under the leadership of director Kamilov Jasurbek Kamilovich with a clear mandate: to bring technically rigorous, certified solar installations to the Uzbek market.
THE FOUNDING MISSION
DETOS was founded on a straightforward observation: Uzbekistan has some of the highest solar irradiation in the world ? over 300 days of direct sunlight per year ? and the country's industrial and residential sectors were significantly underserved by quality solar installation services.
The founders chose to build a company around technical correctness. Every installation would be documented, tested, and certified. No shortcuts on grounding. No unqualified electricians on-site. No grey-market panels.
EARLY OPERATIONS
The company's first installations focused on residential rooftop systems in Tashkent and the surrounding region. By demonstrating quality at the residential scale, DETOS built the technical team and documentation practices needed to move into commercial and industrial projects.
From the start, DETOS pursued ETL certification ? the laboratory authorization needed to issue official commissioning documentation. That certification, ML.2001, was awarded in 2025.
TODAY
DETOS now operates across Uzbekistan with over 50 completed installations ranging from 3kW residential systems to 80kW commercial facilities. The team holds ETL certificate ML.2001, maintains an authorized partnership with A.R.T. Solar, and installs Longi Hi-Mo x10 N-type TOPCon panels ? the most efficient panels commercially available.
