WHO CONTROLS THE DATA

DATA WE RECEIVE

• Contact data: name, telephone number, email address, and organization.
• Inquiry data: facility or project type, address, energy-use details, messages, and other information you provide.
• Technical data: IP address, device/browser type, requested pages, time, referral source, and security data.
• Advertising attribution: UTM parameters, gclid, gbraid, wbraid, and the associated landing page.
• Social-integration data: the ID and public profile of a DETOS-owned Page, verified administrator role, prepared or published content, engagement metrics, and OAuth tokens. We do not request a LinkedIn or Meta password or browser-session cookie.

WHY WE USE DATA

• Respond to inquiries and prepare calculations and commercial proposals.
• Operate sales, project communications, and customer service.
• Measure website and advertising performance, prevent abuse, and improve services.
• Prepare, approve, publish, and verify content only on DETOS-owned Pages and accounts.
• Meet contractual, legal, accounting, and legitimate security requirements.

LINKEDIN, META, AND SOCIAL PLATFORMS

DETOS may use the official LinkedIn and Meta APIs to manage its own corporate Pages. Access is authorized by a real administrator through the platform’s official OAuth process and is limited to the permissions granted by that platform.

The integration does not post to personal profiles, scrape data, manage third-party Pages, or sell platform data. Publications require separate internal approval. Tokens are held in protected local secret storage, are not exposed to an artificial-intelligence model, and are deleted or replaced after disconnection, revocation, or expiry.

ANALYTICS AND LOCAL STORAGE

The site may use Google Analytics/Google Ads, Yandex Metrica, and Ahrefs Web Analytics. Those services may receive technical and behavioral data under their own privacy terms. Browser localStorage may hold the selected language, advertising attribution, and interface state.

You can clear localStorage and restrict cookies or third-party tracking through your browser settings. Restricting analytics does not prevent you from contacting DETOS directly.

WHO MAY RECEIVE DATA

We disclose data only to DETOS personnel and providers needed to operate the website and communications: hosting, the protected Telegram lead-delivery system, analytics platforms, LinkedIn, Meta, and technical contractors with limited access.

Some providers may process data outside Uzbekistan under their contractual and technical safeguards. We do not sell personal data or provide contact lists to advertising brokers.

RETENTION AND SECURITY

Inquiry data is retained for as long as needed to handle the inquiry, project, contractual, accounting, legal, and defensive requirements. Technical logs and attribution are kept only as needed for security and performance assessment. OAuth tokens are kept until expiry, revocation, or disconnection.

We use access controls, protected secret files, HTTPS, operation logging, and internal publication approval. No transmission or storage method can be guaranteed absolutely secure.

YOUR RIGHTS AND DATA DELETION

You may request access, correction, restriction, or deletion of your data and may withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Email info@detos.uz with enough information for us to verify the request.

A social-platform administrator may revoke DETOS access in LinkedIn or Meta settings. After confirmed disconnection, we stop API access and delete or invalidate active tokens unless retention is legally required or needed for a security investigation.

CHILDREN, CHANGES, AND CONTACT

The DETOS website and services are intended for businesses and adult customers and are not directed to children.
