HVAC — IN BRIEF

What is a VRF system and when is it needed?
VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) is a multi-zone air conditioning system where one outdoor unit serves up to 64 indoor units, each independently controlled. It is optimal for business centers, hotels and administrative buildings. DETOS has installed 120 and 400 kW VRF systems.
How is a chiller different from VRF?
A chiller cools water that circulates to fan coils in rooms. VRF uses refrigerant and copper piping. Chillers are chosen for large facilities from 100 kW; VRF is chosen for zoned comfort. We select the solution for the task.
How much does an HVAC project cost?
There is no universal price. Cost depends on facility area, system type (VRF / chiller / heat pump), number of zones, pipe lengths and automation complexity. We provide an exact estimate after a site survey and technical scope review.
What equipment do you supply?
We work with Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Hisense, Gree, Midea, LG, Systemair and other global manufacturers. The brand is selected based on budget, energy-efficiency requirements and service availability in Uzbekistan.
Can you integrate HVAC with a solar power station?
Yes, this is our key advantage. DETOS designs both solar power stations and HVAC in one company. A heat pump + solar power station means a climate bill close to zero.
What experience do you have in HVAC?
We have completed major HVAC projects in Tashkent, including 120 and 400 kW VRF systems for commercial buildings and a 30 kW chiller system. In every project we cover the full cycle: from heat-load calculation to commissioning.
